These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.decalcify.in (the "Website") and any purchase of DeCalcify™ products made through it. The Website is owned and operated by Ritual Catalyst Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to use the Website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Resell our products or place orders for commercial redistribution without our written consent.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or exploit any part of the Website by automated or manual means.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Website, or introduce malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or submit false, fraudulent or misleading orders or reviews.

We may suspend or refuse access to the Website, or cancel orders, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

DeCalcify™, the DeCalcify name, logos, product names, packaging designs, taglines and all related marks are trademarks of Ritual Catalyst Pvt. Ltd.. All product formulations, ingredient combinations, manufacturing know-how and protocols (including the pre-wash ritual) are the proprietary and confidential property of Ritual Catalyst Pvt. Ltd..

All Website content — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, data (such as city water-hardness information), software and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Ritual Catalyst Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.

No licence or right is granted to you except a limited, revocable right to view the Website for personal shopping. You may not use, copy, modify, reverse-engineer or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

DeCalcify™ products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person depending on hair type, scalp condition and water quality.

Please read the full ingredient list and directions on the label before use, and perform a patch test. Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Prices, offers and availability may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full.
• Payments may be made through our authorised payment gateways (such as Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets, or via Cash on Delivery where available. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by your bank or the payment gateway.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email or message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product to you.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, an unserviceable delivery pincode, or limits on quantity per customer. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@decalcify.in. Pre-order and limited-batch purchases will ship on the timeline communicated at the time of purchase.

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Website or at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct — we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or repeated unavailability of the recipient.

For reasons of hygiene and product safety, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, expired or incorrect, please email us at support@decalcify.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.
• After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or to your bank account / UPI ID for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Any product-specific satisfaction guarantee communicated on the Website is subject to the conditions stated alongside that offer.

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Information such as water TDS levels, hardness data and educational content is for general guidance only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritual Catalyst Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The Website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, courier tracking pages and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after the revised Terms are posted. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
